There are three types of public transportation access from Haneda Airport to the Ikebukuro area.
- 【Train】KeikyuLine + Yamanote Line (57 minutes/610 yen)
- 【Train】Tokyo Monorail + Yamanote Line (59 minutes/780 yen)
- 【Bus】Limousine bus (40 minutes minimum / 1,400yen)

1.【Train】Keikyu-Line + Yamanote Line (57 minutes/610 yen)
1-1.Take the Keikyu-Line At Haneda Airport Terminal 1・2 Sta【KK17】or Terminal 3 Sta【KK16】
Haneda Airport Terminal 1・2 Station【KK17】
When you dive underground, you can see the junction of the Keikyu line and the monorail.
Take the track 2 train towards Shinagawa.
* If you are on the train towards Yokohama on track 1, you will have to change trains on the way.

Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station【KK16】
From the arrival exit, go to the right and you will see the Keikyu Line sign.
Take the train on track 2.

1-2.Take off the Keikyu-Line At Shinagawa Station【KK01/JY25】
Let’s change to the JR Yamanote Line from Keikyu-Line at Shinagawa Station.
Look for a transfer to the JR line (yellowish green).
You can reach JR Shinagawa Station.

Welcome to my hometown Ikebukuro!
2.【Train】Tokyo Monorail + Yamanote Line (59 minutes/780 yen)
The Keikyu line is cheaper than the monorail.
However, you can enjoy the view with the monorail running over the canal and the valley of the building.
It’s worth +200 yen.
※There are no international flights to/from T1.
2-1.Take the Tokyo MonoRail At Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Sta【MO11】, 3 Sta【MO08】
Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Sta【MO11】
When you dive underground, you can see the junction of the Keikyu line and the monorail.
You can reach Hamamatsucho Station by taking any monorail departing from this station.
No matter which ride you take, the same fare but the travel time will differ by about 5 minutes.
Get on your favorite monorail.
Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station【MO10】
From the arrival exit, go to the left and you will see MonoRail sign.
Take the monorail on track 2.

2-2.Take off the Tokyo MonoRail At Hamamatsucho Station【MO01/JY28】
Monorail Hamamatsucho Station is the last stop, so you won’t be late.
Let’s change to the JR Yamanote Line from Tokyo MonoRail at Hamamatsucho Station.
Follow the instructions at the “Transfer to JR Line”
You can reach JR Hamamatsucho Station.
