1.Basic Information about Rikugien Garden
Rikugien Garden is a typical example of the famous gardens of Edo Period.
This strolling, mountain and pond-style garden was created based on the theme of Waka poetry in the 15th year.
You can see beautiful plants and flowers depending on the season.
2.What to see,to do at Rikugien Garden
2-1.Weeping cherry tree in Spring（end of March）
Normally, the end of March is best, but in 2020 it is likely to be best around March 20.
When the weeping cherry trees are in full bloom, they are lit up (late March).
2-2.Hydrangeas in Summer（June）

4-1.You can climb Mt.Fuji at Komagome Fuji Shrine
There is a “Fujizuka” in Komagome fuji jinja
Fujizuka is miniature Mt.fuji.

4-2.Opposite to Komagome Station！Kyu-Frukawa Garden
The Kyu Furukawa Garden is known as a Western-style house designed by Josaya Condor and a Japanese garden designed by Ueji.
There is a discount ticket that includes Rikugien Garden and Kyu Furukawa Garden.
4-3.An（Red bean paste） flower shop Hanamizuki
This cakeshop is near Rikugien.
No flour, No butter or No fresh cream is used.
The flowers that are topped on the cupcakes are made with homemade redbeanpaste called “An”.
The color uses natural pigments such as vegetables and fruits.
I ate Hydrangea cake this time.
Various flowers are likely to bloom depending on the season.
