Oizumigakuen Station can be reached in about 15 minutes by taking a semi-express ride from Ikebukuro Station.
Oizumi Gakuen has Toei Animation which shoots Japan’s first domestic animation.
Therefore, it is said to be the birthplace of Japanese animation.
