Karukaya has been operating at Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store since 1968.
Homemade Udon noodles that can be eaten on the roof of a department store.
The whole process is done by hand without using a machine, so the noodles have a firm texture.

Enter Higashi Dori(Street) from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station, pass a UchitateYa(Popular udon restaurant), and continue on until you arrive at Himokawa Udon Kiryu.
This restaurant’s signature menu is “Himokawa Udon,” a local udon noodle dish from Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, which is made with super wide noodles.
We recommend the menu you can eat both Himokawa and Udon!
